IN ORDER TO KEEP BETTER TRACK OF GRIEVANCES FILED, WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO PHOTO COPY YOUR GRIEVANCE BEFORE SENDING IT TO HUMAN RESOURCES. KEEP ONE COPY FOR YOURSELF AND SEND ONE TO THE LOCAL. WE'D LIKE YOU TO DO THIS RATHER THAN KEEPING ONE OF THE CARBON COPIES. THIS WILL ALSO INSURE THAT ALL THE PROPER INFORMATION IS ON ALL THE CARBON COPIES OF YOUR GRIEVANCE. |
