ELECTED OFFICERS


  PRESIDENT FRANCELINE EHRET
  FRAN HAS BEEN WITH THE TURNPIKE AUTHORITY AS A TOLL COLLECTOR FOR TWENTY-ONE YEARS. SHE HAS HELD THE POSITIONS OF SHOP STEWARD FOR 8 YEARS, CHAPTER OFFICER FOR 6 YEARS AND WAS PREVIOUSLY THE LOCAL'S TREASURER. FRAN HAS SERVED AS LOCAL 194 PRESIDENT FOR 5 YEARS. SHE SERVED ON GOVERNOR MC GREEVEY'S TRANSITION TEAM & ON THE TOLL ROAD CONSOLIDATION COMMISSION. FRAN IS CURRENTLY SERVING AS THE IFPTE VICE-PRESIDENT WITH THE STATE AFL/CIO.

  1ST VICE PRESIDENT MARTIN DOYLE
  Marty Doyle has spent the majority of his 28 years serving his co-workers in both Maintenance and Tolls. He started as a Shop Steward and then was elected Secretary of the South-Central Chapter, a position he held for several terms. He then was elected South-Central President and re-elected for several more terms. He currently is the 1st Vice-President on the Executive Board of Local 194.

  2ND VICE PRESIDENT DOROTHY HALL
  DOTTIE HAS BEEN AN EMPLOYEE OF THE TURNPIKE FOR 40 YEARS. SHE HELPED ORGANIZE THE OFFICE UNIT IN 1972 WHEN THEY BECAME A PART OF LOCAL 194. SHE'S HELD MANY UNION POSITIONS, FROM SHOP STEWARD, VARIOUS CHAPTER OFFICES, OFFICE GRIEVANCE CHAIRMAN AND FIRST VICE-PRESIDENT.

  3RD VICE-PRESIDENT FRED PUCYLOWSKI
   

  SECRETARY WILLIAM LANG
  BILL HAS BEEN A TOLL COLLECTOR ON THE TURNPIKE FOR MORE THAN 18 YEARS. HE HAS SERVED AS SHOP STEWARD AND CHAPTER PRESIDENT OF THE NORTH CENTRAL CHAPTER. HE ALSO ATTENDED VARIOUS SEMINARS.

  SECRETARY-TREASURER BARRY KUSHNIR
  Barry Kushnir has diligently served his brothers & sisters in Section 4 as Alternate Shop Steward, Shop Steward and Northern Chapter Vice-President. For his enthusiastic advocacy for his co-workers, he was the 2004 recipient of the Local 194 Union Spirit Award. Shortly thereafter he was appointed, then elected to serve as Sergeant-at-Arms on the Executive Board. Recently, he agreed to step down from this post to serve in the interim vacancy of Secretary-Treasurer.
